Subscription with a 30-day free trial Terms & Conditions

  • Offer is a free subscription offer valid to Australian and New Zealand customers only
  • If you have purchased a free subscription, you agree that you will receive a free 1 month supply of the product and only pay the cost of shipping & handling
  • Customer can return the free product within 30 days and will not be charged. In this case, subscription will not be triggered.
  • If product is not received within 30 days after the date of your free trial order date, you agree that you will be automatically enrolled into a subscription that renews every 30 days for the price of the product at a subscription discount of 46%. Once subscription starts, you will not be charged for your 1st month’s supply.
  • 46% discount on subscription is only available via this offer
  • Minimum commitment to receive 1st month free trial is $105.84 which includes receipt of your free product plus your 1st month paid subscription.
  • Subscription can be cancelled anytime after first subscription payment by logging into our subscription portal here.
  • Your default payment method will be automatically renewed and charged after the trial period if you do not return your product, and it will continue to be renewed at this same price and term until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time at no cost by logging into our subscription portal here or contacting customercare@selfcare.com.au. 
  • Subscription cancellations can only be applied to unshipped orders (see Cancellation policy below).
  • When you register for a subscription to receive products, goods, or services from keepitsimpleskin.com or Self Care Corporation on a continuing basis, you expressly acknowledge and agree that

(a) Self Care Corporation Pty Ltd (or our third-party payment processor) is authorised to charge you on the frequency of shipments you most recently selected (every 30 days or otherwise) for your subscription (in addition to postage and handling) for as long as your subscription continues, and

(b) your subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or stop providing access to the products, goods, or services in accordance with these terms. You may skip or delay any shipment or cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation policy. In order to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date which is shown on your account page and can be accessed here.
  • Any cancellation received with less than 48 hours until the next billing date will not be effective until the following billing period and you will be responsible for all charges (including postage and handling) incurred prior to the cancellation of your subscription.
