A: Yes, our founder is allergic to aspirin and has chemical sensitivities, so each product has been confirmed salicylate free!

A: A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email with your tracking number. Use this to track your order on the Australian Post website once your shipping details have been provided.


Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: If it’s within 12 hours of when you ordered with us, we will try our best to amend the order. Our team works very efficiently meaning orders are dispatched as soon as they are placed so please don’t be disheartened if we cannot.


Q: Things you need to know.

A: We don’t operate over the weekend or public holidays; because sometimes we just need a break. Don’t be alarmed you can still order, this will be processed the following business day. All orders are sent with Australia Post.


Q: My order hasn’t arrived – what can I do? 

A: Check all areas around your property, as well as your neighbours. Ensure the parcel has not been redirected to your local post office. Contact Australia Post for further information on lost parcels. 


Q: How is shipping affected by Covid-19? 

A: Australia Post is experiencing shipping delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and an increased volume of parcels in their network. Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered or refer to the Australia Post website for latest updates and information.

Q: Can I exchange a product if it arrives damaged?

Q: Can I recycle my packaging?

A: Yes! Both our boxes and packaging are recyclable. You will find each product's recycling guide on the bottom flap of your box. In a nutshell, all boxes can be recycled in your paper recycling. SECRET AGENT, SHUTEYE and WHIPPED CLEAN can be put whole into your container recycling. Serums should have the dropper and cap removed by simply pulling dropper out, with tubes put into container recycling and lid and dropper thrown into the trash.


Q: Is your packaging sustainable?

A: We are committed to sustainability in both our outer packaging and our containers. Our boxes are made with Forestry Stewardship Council certified paper and are fully recyclable. You will find the certification number for each box under the FSC logo on pack. Our containers are made with recycled plastic. Q: Are the products cruelty free and vegan friendly?

A: Yes, each product is vegan friendly and not tested on animals.


Q: Do your products contain any unnecessary ingredients?

A: We have spent 2 years developing our formulas to create what we believe are clean beauty products and they do not contain the toxic 12. In fact, the formulas have a low chemical load, so they are even suitable for people with chemical sensitivities. Learn more here.


Q: Are the products allergy friendly?

A: Yes, our products are free from major allergens, with no salicylates, wheat, gluten, or animal products. If you have a particular allergy you are concerned about, please contact us.


Q: What is the product’s expiration dates?

A: Our POA or Period after opening is 12 months.

Q: Is it safe to use these products if I am pregnant/nursing?

A: Our products are very gentle and have been developed with safety in mind. We know of no reason that you shouldn’t use these products whilst pregnant or nursing, but we always recommend you check with your doctor to be sure.


Q: How do I customise my products?

A: To make a personalised treatment out of your essential moisturiser or eye cream, you simply choose a serum based on your desired result and add the specified dose. Learn more here.


Q: Can I use KISS serums to turn my normal moisturiser into a treatment?

A: Technically, yes you can. Our serums are powerful and can turn any moisturiser into an effective treatment for the condition they are made for. However, we have developed the essentials and custom products to work together and recommend that KISS custom serums be used with SECRET AGENT or SHUTEYE so that you know that you are getting the exact levels of all the key ingredients you need for healthy, happy skin.


Q: Can I use more than one serum if I have more than one skin concern?

A: Yes, you can add 2 or even 3 serums to your core products. If you prefer, you can apply them directly to skin in layers and then finish with your essential.


Q: Your products contain probiotics. Don’t probiotics need to be refrigerated?

A: We use a breakthrough microbiome technology which has been freeze dried to put the bacteria into a state of suspended animation, so that they dont need to be refrigerated. When applied to skin, your skin’s natural microbiome population recognises it as their own and a process of re-invigoration reforestation repopulation begins. This brings your natural microbiome back to optimal levels.
