If you are wishing for an order to arrive by Christmas, please order before the 13th of December. Australia Post aims to send parcels after this date as quickly as possible, but they may not arrive until after Christmas.
- Please note: this date is posted to/from metro locations. If you're sending from outside a metro area, we recommend posting even earlier.

- If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent the next business day (Monday-Friday)
*Due to COVID-19, International orders may take up to 2-6 weeks. Peak periods, unforeseen weather changes or unavoidable events beyond KISS' control may also affect estimated delivery time. All orders are processed from Sydney, Australia.
**Taxes and Custom fees may apply for destinations outside of Australia. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days from the order being placed. We will shoot you an email if there are any problems with processing your KISS order.
Tracking details will be provided for all orders and you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your KISSes are at all times. All orders are sent with Australia Post.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Email us at email@example.com straight away with your order number, personal details and country to be delivered to. The more information you can give us, the sooner we can redirect your KISS package to the right address. Make sure you enter "Urgent: Change wrong address" in the subject line of the email.
Please note if the package has already been dispatched, this might not be possible, so be careful as possible to provide the correct information at the checkout.
