• The time of purchase is within 30 days
• You understand that we do not pay for shipping costs associated with returns
• And that, we only accept returns purchased directly on the Keep It Simple Skin website

If you’ve ticked every box, please contact our customer care team at customerlove@keepitsimpleskin.com.au with your order number and the products you want to return. When we receive the items, we will refund you within the next 7-10 business days. So simple!
